But Love Lake is real. And it's one of the most quietly spectacular sights in the UAE.
Located within the Al Qudra desert area, just off the Al Qudra cycling track, Love Lake was created as part of a nature conservation project by the Dubai Municipality. Two lakes, each shaped like a perfect heart when viewed from above, are surrounded by over 16,000 native trees and plants, creating an oasis that attracts migratory birds, desert wildlife, and — increasingly — couples, photographers, and nature lovers seeking an escape from the urban intensity.
Getting There
Location: Al Qudra Road, approximately 45 minutes from Downtown Dubai, 35 minutes from Dubai Marina.
